Manic Mondays- Trying To Get A Routine

Isn't this amazing?

My new year ( I am sure this is the same with you) has already been tough and may be an indicator of the entire year.
I am going to try and make this week the start of a more normal week for me.

Work: Overtime continues with no end in sight. I do welcome the extra income to help pay for a number of expenses we had last year and in this year. I am sure you know that story as well.

Pro-life: Starting back on pro-life work again this week. Please remember those going to the March for Life event in Washington D.C..

Home: Yikes, it is a mess but this week I am going to try and put things in order. As  I type this, I do have a washed up kitchen which is a great way to start a week.  I am behind on ironing and cleaning bathrooms.

Health: Hubby bought me a FITBIT and we have decided to do a step challenge for the week. I think that will be fun and inspire both of us to get up in move whether it is walking, working in the yard, or handling household tasks.

Budget: I am behind but it isn't as bad as I thought it was so that makes me happy. I am going to try and tackle that over the next two weeks.

Church: I need to get back on track to finishing our bookstore website sometime soon!

Musically Manic Mondays

Church: Our cleaning group is doing well- we are having our First Day of Recollection in November!

Home: Still trying to get the 1/2 bathroom remodel done. I believe we may have found someone to fix our kitchen faucet.

Budget: We are getting more in line but have a ways to go.

Pro Life: It's harder and harder to save babies. Pray!

Dinner Making: Tried something new- check out tomorrow!

Work: Busy as usual! I am working ten hours overtime each week with no end in sight. I would work 20 if my boss would let me.

Just Another Manic Monday

Church: Our cleaning group is doing well- we are combining prayer with our corporal works. Our priest is looking to schedule a Day of Recollection for the group which is super exciting,

Home: Still trying to get the 1/2 bathroom remodel done. It seems like we can't find anyone....

Budget: If I could get Hubby on board- things would improve (hint hint)

Pro Life:  Looking to schedule myself to cover this month. Also, please pray for a woman by the name of Jennifer who aborted two children. She is full of remorse and needs help healing as she now cannot have any children. This is very hard to bear.

Dinner Making: Just the usual.

Work: Working 7-10 hours overtime this week

Spritual: Using the book pictured above to assist with mediation

Just Another Manic Monday

Church: Getting ready to do a few bookstore orders- do you have any suggestions?

Home: This past weekend was not very productive due to massive migraines so I am hoping to catch up this week.

Budget: I want to work on this each night.

Pro Life: Another week  at the abortion clinic- please keep up your prayers and sacrifices.  40 Days for Life will be starting soon.

Dinner Making: I have a properly filled pantry and fridge so there shouldn't be too many problems with meal ideas.

Work: On the new work schedule and I really love it but we will see if I keep up or get behind. Yearly reviews are coming up and I am praying for a raise!

First Monday of the Year!

Altar at Midnight Mass

Church: I have made a request for some changes at our chapel regarding prepping and cleaning up after various events. My cleaning group is set up to handle general cleaning but not too much more than that. We will see what happens....

Home: Trying to get back into the groove of my List of 32 world. This week is the week!

Budget: I plan to work on my records three times this week.

Pro Life: Another week  at the abortion clinic- please keep up your prayers and sacrifices. We are starting another prayer, abstinence, and fasting campaign 1/7 through 2/8. Please consider joining in our crusade!

Dinner Making: The usual but I really want to test my InstantPot this week. Also, last week I made this bacon wrapped turkey breast baked in the oven while surrounded by onions and potatoes. It was stellar and I think I will need to make it again soon.

Work: I am starting a new work schedule this week so we will see how it goes and if it helps my work/home life balance.

Coooollllddddd!!!!

Church: We have an upcoming Christmas play by the kids of the parish.

Home: Super messy but hope to catch up by the end of this week.

Budget: Behind and off budget as usual.

Pro Life: I am asking Our Lady to close the clinic on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Dinner Making: I am not eating meat right now so salads and eggs seem to be the most common meal for me.

Music: Concert is this weekend

Work: I continue to be behind.

Musically Manic Mondays: Last Days of October

Above are a couple of pictures of the artwork for Christ the King celebration on Sunday.

Church: We will have Mass four days this week with a special sung Requiem Mass on All Souls' Day.

Home: Semi-messy. I really need an office.

Budget: Behind and off budget as usual.

Pro Life: Another week  at the abortion clinic- please keep up your prayers and sacrifices. I am asking Our Lady to close the clinic on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The pro-aborts are horrendous and there is a huge bias with law enforcement. It is an uphill battle.

Dinner Making: The usual

Music: I need to practice at home.

Work: I am very behind. I wish I could shut myself off in a room for a week!

Manic Monday

Work: I am very busy but overtime isn't allowed so who knows how my stress levels will be in a few weeks!

Home: Deciding on a new garage door. I will take pictures once it is installed.

Church: I have the month covered for cleaning so that is great! The Holy Name Society is really gaining traction.

Dinner: I may attempt a new recipe this week.

Budget:  Our 2018 budget records are behind. I really need to get better.

Pro-life: Going to the abortion clinic this week. There are tumultuous times and it is very important I video record all the events.

Yard: I worked in the yard last week and I plan to try and keep it up through the summer.

Music: Going to the 50th anniversary concert of my choral group.

Monday, March 5, 2018

Work: I anticipate averaging five hours of overtime this week. There are some major changes taking place but I think it will be for the best.

Home: I have a number of projects going on in our home. Something is always in need of repair around here!

Church: I have the month covered for cleaning so that is great!

Dinner: Anything within 30 minutes makes me happy!

Budget:  Our 2018 budget records are pretty caught up and I am just waiting to get the 2017 tax returns printed and mailed.

Pro-life: Going to the abortion clinic this week. I spoke with the Holy Name Society at our parish and have begged for their help. As you can see from this picture, there is a THIRD fence being put up to block our pro-life message. The sound permits are being taken from us so we cannot use a sound system without being ticketed or arrested. One of the pro-lifers was arrested recently without due cause.
