So, apparently a little bird has been building a nest on my front door wreath and I only now just realized it!  I have since moved the wreath/nest to one of the light fixtures.  Anyway- enjoy the pictures! Isn't she beautiful?

Ah, homeschool days.....

A Plea for Prayers and Abstinence

Dear Family and Friends in Christ,

I am asking, no I am begging for your help. My pro-life group (which consists of  just a few men and women) is desperately working, praying and fasting for the intention of shutting down an abortion clinic by the end of the year.
Abortion is an attack on the family and so we are begging families to commit to:

• Abstaining from meat on Wednesdays and Fridays
•  Going to Confession  at least once a month
• To pray five decades of the Rosary (as a family) at least once a week

Please let me know if you can commit to this as we start the month of June, which is the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
